How to play Liar's Dice
Bidding
The first player bids a quantity and a face — 'four fives' claims there are at least four fives on the table, counting everybody's dice, not just their own. Each player in turn must either raise the bid or call the previous one a lie.
A raise means a higher quantity, or the same quantity at a higher face. In the Perudo variant, ones are wild and count as any face, which changes the odds considerably — decide which way you are playing before the first bid.
Calling and losing dice
When someone calls, every cup is lifted and the dice are counted. If the bid was good, the caller loses a die. If it was a bluff, the bidder does. Play continues with one fewer die in play, and a player who loses their last die is out.
Last player with dice wins.

What it does not do
- Nothing counts the dice on a call. Lift the cups and count them out loud, which is the good part anyway.
- There is no built-in bid tracker, so the current bid lives in chat or in everyone's memory.
- You and your friends enforce the rules between you, exactly as you would sitting at a real table.
